With the books of 2025 behind us and 2026 ahead of us, we are already thinking of an incredible year of growth, innovation and success at Altitude1. Since growing our team, introducing new products and enhancing the relationships with our clients, 2025 has predetermined an even more successful future.
2025: A Year of Transformation
Record Growth and Expansion
Our best year yet is 2025; the increase in revenue was more than 35 times higher than expected. We have added 40% new employees with experienced and creative minds to our team. With the two new regional offices, our geographic footprint increased and our reach was made much bigger, which allowed us to serve clients more closely and promptly.
Product Innovation
Innovation was core to all our activities. Our three biggest product releases were:
- Platform 2.0 (Q2) added higher features in analytics and its adoption rates were more than 85 percent among the existing customers.
- Mobile-First Initiative (Q3) provided the smooth mobile experience that the clients needed. The current situation is that more than 60 percent of interactions on the platforms occur on mobile devices.
- AI-Enhanced Tools (Q4) added machine learning to automate routine work and show smart suggestions, which save clients 10 hours a week on average.
These innovations clearly show how much we are committed to being the digital frontier of modern technology, while making sure that every feature brings impact in our clients’ operations.
Client Success Stories
We are successful because our clients are successful. We assisted one of the logistics firms to save 28 percent on operational expenses by streamlining workflows. One of the healthcare providers had increased patient satisfaction scores by 42 percent. Our analytics insights helped a retail chain enter five new markets.
Team and Culture
We implemented our mentorship program, whereby some of the experienced team members were paired with the new members. The scores of employee satisfaction were the highest in the history, of 92%. Our leadership is currently 45 percent female and we have formed partnerships with the underrepresented and underestimated groups in technology. Our group served more than 500 hours in the community to various causes, such as environmental protection and education.
Industry Recognition
We received the Innovation Excellence Award at the Technology Leaders Forum and we were listed among Fast Company’s list of Most Innovative Companies in our industry. Our CEO was a speaker at three major industry conferences where he shared insights on the future of our field.

Our base by the year 2025 will see us achieve even greater heights in 2026.
Strategic Priorities for 2026
- Global Expansion: We are expanding to three new international markets, and we are taking our solutions to organizations in the global arena with a priority on the area that we would have the greatest impact.
- Next-Generation Platform: In Q3 2026, the next significant platform will be launched, and it will bring features that drastically redefine the way clients experience their data and processes. The most important thing to us is real-time collaboration possibilities and increased customization.
- Strategic Partnerships: We are in advanced negotiations with the industry leaders regarding partnerships that will generate new value to both our customers, extending our ecosystem and new avenues of innovation.
- Sustainability Pledge: Environmental responsibility is emerging as one of our foundations. Our operations will be carbon neutral, and we will also be introducing green initiatives with our product to enable our clients to meet their own sustainability targets.
Market Trends We’re Watching
In 2026, our interest will be determined by several trends:
Artificial intelligence is growing to become a viable business application with tangible benefits. We are investing in the capabilities of AI, which complement human decision-making, and not substitute it.
The world continues to expand in data privacy regulations. We are leading the pack of compliance requirements and making privacy a competitive advantage.
Distributed workflows and collaboration tools are becoming a new necessity as remote and hybrid work systems seem to be here to stay. This is expressed in our roadmap, where we have features that are team-based and work at different locations and time zones.
The uncertainty in the economy is pushing us to seek solutions that are effective and are able to show good ROI. We are increasing our concentration on quantifiable results and speed to value.
Investment in Our People
We are introducing a more substantial professional development program that will give each employee an individual learning course and development budget. We are also establishing a sabbatical program for long-term team members, understanding that rest is a source of creativity and long life.
We are also establishing a new innovation lab where teams are free to test new technologies and pursue ideas that could become breakthrough products. We are making room for thinking big to make real innovation.

We are also adding a client success team because each organization should have a personal partner who knows what they want to achieve. We are also establishing a client advisory board, whereby our most involved customers will have a direct input in our product direction.
